Unsolicited Testimonial from a Client in North Carolina…
This is an email that I (David Kennedy) received today from a client’s daughter in North Carolina. It was just so wonderful that I had to share it with the visitors to our site.
I know our agency and our staff are extraordinary but it’s nice to hear first hand…
Dear Mr. Kennedy,
I just wanted to take a moment to commend to you and express my gratitude for your excellent staff and organization that serves our local Raleigh community. My mother is 91 years old and is suffering from progressive dementia. Betsy Phillips spoke with my family initially. We were quite impressed with her professionalism and clear explanation of our various options. Even more importantly, she was and still remains so compassionate and genuinely concerned about my mother and the impact of this disease on our family as a whole. I’ve been heartened and amazed that anytime I call, or a special need arises, Betsy is immediately available and quickly creates a solution to the problem at hand. She has mailed very helpful educational resources and informed us of useful programs in the community as well. Her loving spirit is such that my mother (who remembers little about anyone outside of the immediate family) still talks about Betsy and refers to her as “that really sweet lady”. Betsy paired us with a wonderful companion named Suzanne Blount. Suzanne is polite, always on time, and very loving and gentle with my mother who can be quite difficult at times. Suzanne has been flexible in making every effort to accommodate what is often a varied schedule of caring for my mom’s changing needs.
Overall, from first contact throughout current ongoing service, your team has proven top notch. In a world where so many people are focused on speed, making money, and doing the least possible, I can’t tell you what a blessing it is to experience a group of individuals who operate with such integrity. I have always believed that you can know the quality and capability of management by simply observing those on the front lines of service. It is apparent to me that you and Betsy Phillips are the kind of folks the world needs more than ever! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the time and effort you have given to serve with love, compassion, and skill, those who are so often forgotten. May you be greatly blessed!
Sincerely,
Mary
