His desire to start Kennedy Care in 2003 as the owner, marketer, recruiter, bookkeeper and first caregiver stemmed from his desire to better the lives of everyone who he came in contact with. He is married to Jacquelynn Kennedy and loves his 4 children, Arianna, Ryder, Dash, and Svea.

Tiffany is passionate about working with people. She has a wide variety of work experience highlighted by time managing an assisted living facility and corporate HR. Tiffany has three children and a beloved husband!

Tiffany is passionate about working with people. She has a wide variety of work experience highlighted by time managing an assisted living facility and corporate HR. Tiffany has three children and a beloved husband!

Sarah is passionate about finding solutions and guiding teams to reach or exceed their goals.  She provides clarity for program and company growth and in turn helps the teams to provide amazing care to even more families.  When she is not doing the work that she loves, she enjoys being outdoors, experiencing new things and spending time with her husband and son.

Sarah is the VP of Finance and is passionate about finding solutions and guiding teams to reach (or exceed) their goals.  She appreciates being part of the Kennedy Care team so she can provide clarity for program and company growth and in turn help the team to provide amazing care to even more families.  When she is not doing the work that she loves, she enjoys being outdoors, experiencing new things and spending time with her husband and son.

Lisa has been a Registered Nurse for 12 years, having earned her bachelor's degree from Siena Heights University. She has been with Kennedy Care as a Contingent Nurse since 2019 and has spent the last 10 years in nursing leadership roles! In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her three adult children, their family dog and her 2 grand-dogs. Lisa has been a Registered Nurse for 12 years, having earned her bachelor’s degree from Siena Heights University. She has been with Kennedy Care as a Contingent Nurse since 2019 and has spent the last 10 years in nursing leadership roles! In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her three adult children, their family dog and her 2 grand-dogs. She enjoys traveling and doing outdoor activities such as boating, camping and golfing. Lisa is very excited to be part of Kennedy Care!

In her free time, she loves to read, practice yoga, take hikes with her dog, and enjoys cooking and baking with her husband and daughter’s help.

Amelia has a strong administrative background. She is enthusiastic about providing support to the Executive team, and thrives when tasked with a new challenge. She is excited to be part of the Kennedy Care family! When she is not at work, she enjoys gardening, camping, and cooking.

Amelia has a strong administrative background. She is enthusiastic about providing support to the Executive team, and thrives when tasked with a new challenge. She is excited to be part of the Kennedy Care family! When she is not at work, she enjoys gardening, camping, and cooking.

Courtney loves to help people and is always hoping to leave a positive impact on anyone she interacts with. Haley is the HR Representative for Dashi Rivers. She previously worked as a caregiver for a few years before moving into recruiting. She supports everything Dashi Rivers has to offer and loves finding the best caregivers for our team. She enjoys meeting new people and growing both professionally and personally wherever she can.

Faith has a passion for helping people. After working in an assisted living unit for several years, she realized she wanted nothing but the best for people who need help. Faith has a passion for helping people. After working in an assisted living unit for several years, she realized she wanted nothing but the best for people who need help. Faith is proud to take on her new role with KC as she will be in charge of finding the best people to help our veterans. Her free time is spent with her family – she has four wonderful boys!

Kayla was an LCP for Kennedy Care for 2 years before moving into the recruiting role. She loves getting to talk to everyone and making connections. In her free time, she enjoys camping, boating, and taking her puppy for walks. Kayla is super excited to continue being a part of Kennedy Care and have the chance to grow professionally!

Kayla was an LCP for Kennedy Care for 2 years before moving into the recruiting role. She loves getting to talk to everyone and making connections. In her free time, she enjoys camping, boating, and taking her puppy for walks. Kayla is super excited to continue being a part of Kennedy Care and have the chance to grow professionally!

Stephanie plans on attending the University of Michigan-Dearborn in the Fall where she plans on getting her Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management.

Megan is a University of Michigan alum who enjoys meeting new people, learning about their stories, and matching them with fulfilling careers. Her diverse recruiting background helps Kennedy Care pair clients with the best Life Care Professionals for their needs. Outside of work, Megan loves traveling and spending time with her two young daughters.
