Sandra has worked in healthcare for 15 years, spending that time working in hospitals, direct homecare, after hours on-call and on the road as a EMT. She has further experience as a phlebotomy specialist and has worked in a “Patient First” environment for a long time, treating her patients as family. When not at work, Sandra enjoys listening to music and gaming (particularly MMORPGs such as World of Warcraft) and finds great joy in reading and helping others!

Kennedy Care Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
October is Long-Term Care Planning Month! This month encourages both seniors and those who care for them to develop a plan for long-term care later in life. Long-term care planning also includes non-medical care, such as personal care services (much like the ones we provide here at Kennedy Care!).
Nearly 40% of people underestimate future costs for long-term care, leading families to be worried about how to manage their financial resources for care later in life. Please review the following links to educate yourself and begin developing a plan – it’s never too early!
