Get To Know Brody
How long have you been part of the Kennedy Care family?
I started my journey with Kennedy Care in late July/early August of 2022.
Why did you choose to join Kennedy Care?
I felt compelled to join the Kennedy Care team to be able to be a part of an organization that is dedicated to the best caregiving experience provided to some of the most precious individuals in our community: our elderly veterans.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I really enjoy all the things I do, but my favorite part would have to be when my clients tell me how my care improves their lives and gives me more to aspire to do as I continue on as an LCP.
What is your proudest moment from your time at Kennedy Care?
My proudest moment at Kennedy Care was when I was able to turn my client’s depressed mood around on a visit and was able to not only be there for his physical needs as a caretaker, but also to brighten his day made me feel very accomplished.
What is a surprising or fun fact about you?
I am refreshing my German and plan to become fully fluent in it, as well as hopefully French and Navajo!
What are your hobbies?
Learning languages, playing Mario Kart, and interacting with my many pets!
What’s your favorite season of the year and why?
Autumn, it is the perfect weather and atmosphere for some indoor and some outdoor activities alike and just seems cozier than other times of the year.
What’s your favorite holiday and why?
Halloween, I love dressing up and passing out candy and all the spooky music and movies for the holiday.
