Jennifer Felisky joins the Kennedy Care team as an Administrative Assistant, with more than 5 years of experience in the medical field.
Maggie Smith is Patriot Care’s newest Recruiting Coordinator! Maggie comes from a background with new hire training and enjoys making connections with people. When she’s not working, she loves playing (and often losing) board games with her husband, cooking and trying new foods, exploring trails, attending concerts and spoiling her dog, Lily.

Mask Policy Updates
Kennedy Care is continuing our strict mask-use policy. You must wear one at all times when in a client’s home, regardless of vaccination status. We appreciate you keeping our clients, families, and yourself safe and healthy!
Congrats to Patriot Care’s Annette Sproul! She was the winner of the June t-shirt giveaway for submitting her COVID-19 vaccination card to HR. ✨✨✨

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee has joined forces with Team Development and Human Resources!
Following the pulse survey that was sent to caregivers in May, the DEI team decided we needed to work harder to provide unique benefits and ongoing training for our dedicated LCP’s across all programs.

Virtual training for Life Care Professionals
We are excited to continue our virtual training. Please join us for these online events:
- End of Life Care Training Part I: Tuesday, July 27, 2-3 pm
- Dementia Training: Wednesday, August 4, 1-2 pm
If you have questions regarding the virtual training or would like to ask about in-person skills training, please reach out to Becky Maley at becky@kennedycare.com The links to the virtual training will be sent out the week prior. Reminder: you get paid to complete the training!
The Sandwich Generation 🥪🥪🥪
July is National Sandwich Generation Celebration Month! Many of you may be wondering, what exactly is the sandwich generation? Traditionally, the Sandwich Generation refers to any group of middle-aged adults who are responsible both for providing care to the elderly population, as well as their own children. This is not a specific generation (like Baby Boomer or Millennial) but can apply to any group of people experiencing the unique phenomenon of being required to care for those both older and younger than them at once.
Of course, this applies to many of our caregivers! You are all responsible for your own home lives, as well as continuing to provide dedicated care to our aging population. Thank you for your commitment and dedication to providing care to all ages!
Life Care Professionals of the Month are chosen by their respective teams and each brings amazing caregiving, compassion, and love to our clients and families. Thank you for going the extra mile with your care!
